This room is reserved for ELT, A&R committee, P&S Committee, Board Meetings and Trustee meetings and for the Tumu Whakarae. Although you are free to use this room outside of these bookings, your booking will be subject to change at anytime, including during your hui. If you require a secure booking, we do ask you try and book these rooms first to keep this room free for the Tumu Whakarae: 

  • Māwhero (Mezz floor can fit up to 4 people)
  • Kikorangi (Mezz floor can fit up to 4 people)
  • Karaka (Mezz floor can fit up to 4 people)
  • Te Ipu Ika (Level 1 can fit up to 6 people)
  • City Gallery Boardroom (Subject to Venue Hire)
